Abstract:
[Problem] Life information pertaining to unsafety factors such as diseases impairing human life safety, child abuse, and traffic accidents is provided in large amounts from information providing organizations such as national and local governments, and academic organizations, and is not necessarily provided in a manner geared toward target persons. Thus, it is unclear whether the target persons can suitably receive the life information. Failure of the target persons to receive the life information results in a disadvantage due to delayed response, or, in the worst case, causes a threat to life. [Solution] Information is received from an information providing organization, the information is registered as life information for each unsafety factor, target person characteristics of the information, such as sex, date of birth, and region are extracted, and the life information is provided via e-mail without delay to registered users who match the extracted target person characteristics, so that the registered users will not fail to receive the life information.
