Abstract:
A sealing part (200) has a substrate section (210) and a protruding section (220). The protruding section (220) protrudes from the substrate section (210) toward a substrate (100). Further, the protruding section (220) has a frame shape when viewed from the thickness direction of the substrate section (210). An outer wall (226) of the protruding section (220) has a recess (222). The recess (222) of the outer wall (226) of the protruding section (220) is positioned in a corner of the frame shape of the protruding section (220). Furthermore, the recess (222) of the outer wall (226) of the protruding section (220) is recessed, relative to an outer edge (216) of the substrate section (210), toward an inner wall (228) of the protruding section (220).
