Abstract:
The TFT substrate (110) of this liquid crystal display device (100) has: a first gate bus line (2A) and a second gate bus line (2B); a first data bus line (4); a first TFT (8R) and second TFT (8L) that are respectively connected to the first and second gate bus line (2A, 2B) and are both connected to the first data bus line (4); and a first pixel electrode (18R) and second pixel electrode (18L) that are respectively connected to the first TFT (8R) and the second TFT (8L) through a contact hole (19). The first and second gate bus line (2A, 2B) traverse the first pixel electrode (18R) and the second pixel electrode (18L), and a black matrix (BM) has a portion that integrally covers the first TFT (8R) and the contact hole (19), and a portion that integrally covers the second TFT (8L) and the contact hole (19).
