Abstract:
The present invention relates to a long-acting insulin analogue having an increased half-life inside the body by having the 22nd amino acid of a B chain of natural insulin replaced and a portion of amino acids of an A chain or the B chain of the natural insulin additionally replaced, and to a long-acting insulin analogue complex having a further increased half life inside the body, as an albumin binding domain is additionally bound to the long-acting insulin analogue. The insulin analogue or the insulin analogue complex according to the present invention has a remarkably increased half-life inside the body and, thus, can provide convenience to diabetic patients who directly administer insulin as an injection.
