Abstract:
A magnetic field forming press glove box automatic material retrieving mechanism, comprising a guide rod cylinder (30) and a material retrieving mechanism (40). The guide rod cylinder (30) drives the material retrieving mechanism (40) to telescopically move between a mold cavity (20) of a magnetic field forming press and a glove box (10). The material retrieving mechanism (40) comprises a support frame (41), a material disk (42), a material retrieving cylinder (43), and a material retrieving frame (44). The support frame (41) is fixedly connected to an extremity of a piston rod of the guide rod cylinder (30). The material disk (42) and the material retrieving cylinder (43) are fixedly arranged on the support frame (41). The material retrieving frame (44) is fixedly connected to an extremity of a piston rod of the material retrieving cylinder (43). Provided on the material retrieving frame (44) is a dusting silicone (45) matching the mold cavity (20). The material retrieving cylinder (43) drives the material retrieving frame (44) to push a workpiece from the mold cavity (20) onto the material disk (42). At the same time, the dusting silicone (45) on the material retrieving frame (44) dusts off powders remaining in the mold cavity (20). The guide rod cylinder (30) is employed to drive the material retrieving mechanism (40) into action to implement rapid material retrieval, and a powder dusting mechanism is provided on the material retrieving mechanism (40) so as to remove the powder remaining in the mold cavity (20), thus increasing the efficiency of processing and packaging.
