Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a method and a system for providing a service to a user travelling abroad. The method for providing a service to a user travelling abroad comprises: collecting a user's basic data information; when first service record information corresponding to the user's ID information has been detected, on the basis of the first service record information and the user's basic data information, establishing for the user at least one second service corresponding to schedule information; feeding state information of the at least one second service back to the user. By means of the described solution, the embodiments of the present application can realize: by collecting the user's basic data information, in response to having detected the first service record information, automatically providing the user with the required second service, and the server can extract the required information from each system or module without requiring the user to input the various items of information required by the second service. This greatly simplifies user's operation, realizes a more fast and convenient service providing model, and improves the user experience.
