Abstract:
A candidate extraction unit (25) extracts one or more candidate locations on the basis of a distance from a route from a point of departure to a maintenance location at which there is a maintenance component requiring maintenance work. A remaining value calculation unit (26) calculates, with respect to each of the extracted one or more candidate locations, the remaining value of a target component, which is a component subject to maintenance in that candidate location, from the remaining lifespan of the target component. A maintenance cost calculation unit (23) calculates the maintenance cost for a candidate location by subtracting the remaining value from a reference cost.
