Abstract:
It is intended to provide a convenient analysis method whereby accurate results can be conveniently obtained even by non-experts, more specifically, a method whereby a tick allergen can be conveniently and accurately analyzed and detected even by non-experts. Namely, a method of analyzing a specimen with the use of a specific bond which involves the step of bringing a sample into contact with a development solution containing a first labeled detection reagent capable of specifically binding to the specimen under such conditions that the first labeled reagent specifically binds to the specimen, if contained in the sample, to thereby form a complex. In case where the sample is a solid, the sample is solubilized by the developing liquid in the above-described step.
