Abstract:

Provided in the present application are a method and apparatus for information transmission, which can realize information transmission in a cross-network-topology scenario. The method comprises: a first IAB donor CU determining the type of signaling and/or first QoS information of data, wherein the first QoS information is used for determining transmission of the data in a second network topology which is managed by a second IAB donor CU, and the type of the signaling is used for determining transmission of the signaling in the second network topology; and the first IAB donor CU sending, to the second IAB donor CU, the first QoS information and/or indication information of the type of the signaling. QoS information and/or a signaling type of signaling, which are required by a second IAB donor CU, are determined by a first IAB donor CU, and are sent to the second IAB donor CU by same, thereby ensuring that cross-network-topology transmission of data and/or signaling can be realized.
