Abstract:
The present solution relates to the technical field of extrusion dies, and provides a wide polytetrafluoroethylene extrusion plate formed by hot-pressing extrusion, comprising: a front plate and a rear plate. The front plate is detachably connected to the rear plate; a first extrusion flow channel for hot-pressing extrusion molding is arranged in the front plate, and a connecting flow channel and a second extrusion flow channel connected to the connecting flow channel are arranged in the rear plate; a width adjusting mechanism is arranged in the second extrusion flow channel; a material blocking structure is further arranged on one side of the connecting flow channel close to the second extrusion flow channel. The front plate is connected to a screw extruder; the screw extruder can extrude a molten polytetrafluoroethylene solution into the first extrusion flow channel, and the molten polytetrafluoroethylene solution is then subjected to extrusion molding by means of the connecting flow channel and the second extrusion flow channel to obtain a polytetrafluoroethylene plate; the width adjusting mechanism can adjust the width in the second extrusion flow channel, so that polytetrafluoroethylene plates with different widths can be produced without replacing extrusion dies. The time for replacing dies is effectively shortened, the production efficiency is improved, and the die cost is reduced.
