Abstract:
Provided are a method and an apparatus capable of versatilely and efficiently manufacturing a tire in which the adhesiveness of the surface of a sealant material installed to extend in a circumferential direction inside the tire is reduced. The correlation between a test treatment condition when a laser treatment for emitting laser light is performed, as a surface treatment, on a test sample 11T having a material that is the same type as a sealant material 11 installed inside a tire 9 and a degree of decrease in adhesiveness on the surface of the test sample 11T is identified in advance. A treatment condition, which is for the sealant material 11 and is determined on the basis of this correlation, is input to a control unit 8, a control, in which the laser treatment is performed using a treatment machine 2 under the determined treatment condition, is performed on a predetermined area 11A of the sealant material 11 before or after the sealant material 10 is installed inside the tire 9, whereby the adhesiveness of the surface of the predetermined area 11 is reduced to an allowable range.
