Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a method for constructing a prediction model for a heading period of rice, and a prediction method. The method for constructing a prediction model for a heading period of rice comprises: constructing a prediction model for a heading period of rice according to genotype information of the rice during the heading period, environmental information and heading period information. Further provided in the present invention is a prediction model for a heading period of rice, and a method for predicting a heading period of rice by using the prediction model of the present invention. By means of the methods of the present invention, for rice plants with an unknown heading period, genotype information thereof can be determined by using a sequencing method, and in view of environmental information of a place where the rice plants need to be planted, the heading period of the rice plants can be predicted in a relatively accurate manner before planting.
