Abstract:
A method for preparing a high-purity quartz sand from a waste quartz crucible, a high-temperature furnace and a method for preparing a high-purity quartz sand and a high-purity quartz sand, a method for removing a crystallization layer of a waste quartz crucible and a method for preparing a molten quartz powder and a molten quartz powder, and a method for removing impurity barium from a crystallization layer of a waste quartz crucible and a method for preparing a high-purity quartz sand and a high-purity quartz sand. The method for preparing a high-purity quartz sand from a waste quartz crucible comprises: subjecting a waste quartz crucible to a pre-treatment to obtain a pre-treated quartz sand; bringing the pretreated quartz sand into contact with a chlorination gas in a high-temperature furnace to obtain a chlorinated quartz sand; subjecting the chlorinated quartz sand to a first heating treatment in a high-temperature furnace in an inert treatment atmosphere, with the pressure in the high-temperature furnace being controlled to be a first furnace internal pressure; and then performing a second heating treatment, with the pressure in the high-temperature furnace being controlled to be a second furnace internal pressure.
