Abstract:
Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to UL data split triggered by delay status. In one aspect, a UE receives, from one of a first base station and a second base station, at least one UL split threshold associated with delay status for a UL split bearer. Based on the at least one UL split threshold, the UE uses both a primary path associated with a primary RLC entity of the UE and a secondary path associated with a split secondary RLC entity of the UE for UL data transmission of the UL split bearer.
