Abstract:
A method, device, and equipment for object detection, and, a method, device, and equipment for determining vehicle travel information. The method for object detection comprises: determining, on the basis of environmental point cloud data, first feature data of multiple voxels corresponding to a first spatial resolution in a target space and second feature data of multiple second voxels corresponding respectively to at least one second spatial resolution in the first voxels, making the first feature data and the second feature data as third feature data of the first voxels; generating a two-dimensional feature image of the target space on the basis of the third feature data via a two-dimensional feature extraction model corresponding to the depth of a network and to the first spatial resolution; and determining object information in the target space on the basis of the two-dimensional feature image comprising adjacency information between the first voxels and adjacency information between the second voxels. The employment of such processing scheme effectively balances between increased object detection accuracy and high detection speed.
