Title:
METHOD FOR ENHANCING ANTICANCER IMMUNOSTIMULATING CAPACITY OF DENDRITIC CELLS AND USE OF SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/024628
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a method with which it is possible to easily enhance the immunostimulating capacity of dendritic cells. A method for enhancing the anticancer immunostimulating capacity of dendritic cells, the method being characterized by including a treatment step for inhibiting the TGF-β of dendritic cells. This inhibition of TGF-β is, e.g., inhibition of the expression of Smad2 involved in the TGF-β signal.
