Abstract:
Provided is a method whereby the stiffness of each layer of a building can be identified in a short time and with high accuracy. The method includes a step of storing the mass m of each layer of a building in a mass memory, a step of storing the acceleration response (frequency region) U.. of each layer of the building in an acceleration response memory, and a second calculation step that reads out the acceleration response Un.. and mass mn of layer n, operates the following Formula (1), and calculates the stiffness spectrum kn of layer n, [Equation 22] Formula (1) wherein, ω is the circular frequency, Re () is the real part within (), mj is the mass of layer j, and Un.. is the acceleration response (frequency region) of layer n.
