Abstract:
Disclosed in embodiments of the present disclosure are a method for management and control of an optical network unit (ONU), an apparatus, a device of a related function, and a storage medium. The method comprises: a first virtualized OLT (vOLT) management and control function instance of a vOLT management and control function receives an ONU management request message from an element management system (EMS)/software defined network (SDN) controller, the first vOLT management and control function instance being a vOLT management and control function instance in the vOLT management and control function, and the ONU management request message at least comprising a first ONU identifier; and the first vOLT management and control function instance sends the ONU management request message to an ONU management proxy subsystem in a virtualized ONU management system (vOMCI).
