Abstract:

The present invention relates to a method for optimizing release of a tray by controlling a crane carrying the tray, and an optimization system using the same, the method comprises the steps of: (a) determining a release list for the tray; (b) loading a tray, the release of which has been requested, which is included on the release list onto the crane according to a loading priority; (c) when there is a request for release of another tray, which can be simultaneously released with the tray loaded on the crane in step (b), within a release standby limit time, loading the another tray together with the tray; and (d) moving trays loaded in step (b) and step (c).
