Abstract:
The present invention relates to a recombinant protein which is prepared by introducing a specific peptide sequence to construct a recombinant protein and then cyclizing the N-terminal and C-terminal ends, and a method for preparing same. The recombinant protein of the present invention is capable of regulating the permeability and adhesion of a protein in cells and vesicles according to the sequence of the peptide, and is effective in improving the stability of the protein.
