Abstract:
A method for preparing a solar cell. The method for preparing a solar cell comprises: applying a photoresist to a first region (110) on at least one surface in the thickness direction of a cell body (100) and applying an insulating non-photosensitive adhesive to a second region (120) outside the first region (110) of the surface of the cell body (100), so that the surface of the cell body (100) is completely covered, and curing the photoresist and the insulating non-photosensitive adhesive; and exposing and developing the first region (110), and then performing electroplating in the first region (110) to form a gate line structure (200). The distance from the edge of the first region (110) to the edge of the gate line structure (200) is greater than 0 μm and less than or equal to 12 μm.
