Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a method for producing an alloy powder, an alloy powder prepared by means of the method, and a slurry and a capacitor. By means of the method, particles closer to the spherical shape can be obtained; the solidified and formed particles are quenched to form a relatively dense surface layer; and the surface layer which has been subjected to a chemical passivation reaction is struck and impacted in a physical manner to form a dense protective layer. High-stability alloy powder particles have more stable chemical properties and good dispersity.
