Abstract:
A conductive material ultrafine powder preparation device, comprising a high-temperature evaporation and nucleation furnace (1), a growth and solidification temperature control tube (2), a fluid mixing cooler (3) and a powder collector (4). Temperature intervals in an evaporation chamber, a nucleation chamber, a growth chamber (21) and a curing chamber (22) are controlled by means of the cooperation of a housing (10) and a thermal insulation material (17); and by means of the matching design of an inner crucible (11), a crucible cover (12) and channels, the necking design of an outlet of the crucible cover (12), and the change design of the inner diameter of the growth chamber (21) and of the curing chamber (22), the collision of particles is well controlled. Convenient and accurate control of the realization of functions in each interval provides conditions for batch preparation of powders with good particle sphericity, uniform particles and good dispersibility.
