Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for rapidly detecting an estrogenic and an androgenic compound, and the method for rapidly detecting an estrogenic and an androgenic compound, according to the present invention, is a method for detecting an interaction between estrogen or androgen receptors and a compound, through measurement of dimerization activity between the estrogen or androgen receptors mediated by the compound, by applying a bioluminescence resonance energy delivery outside cells, without using cells. Therefore, it is expected that the present invention can provide, more rapidly and easily compared to conventional estrogenic or androgenic compound detection methods, estrogenic or androgenic information of a compound mediated by an estrogen or androgen receptor.
