Abstract:
A method for sparing the personal information in the lost mobile terminal, comprise: the user requesting the operator to spare the personal information of his mobile terminal in the assigned receiving entity to be authorized; the core network detecting the user's mobile terminal according to mobile terminal identification, and sending transmission instructions of the personal information to the user's mobile terminal; the user's mobile terminal sending confirm instructions to the core network and making a collation of the personal information, after receiving the said transmission instructions of the personal information; the user's mobile terminal secretly transmitting the personal information collated to the receiving entity to be authorized; the receiving entity to be authorized storing the personal information received. The present invention is applicable to all kinds of current mobile communication system. It must not make a wide change to the current network system and operate conveniently. If we adopt the present invention to spare the personal information in the lost mobile terminal, it will give great convenience to the user and protect the privacy of the user to a certain extent.
