Abstract:
Disclosed is a micro-beam tube for cables, comprising a tube body, wherein the tube body comprises a first tube section and a second tube section, the first tube section and the second tube section being integrally and seamlessly formed along a circumferential direction of the tube body. The material for the first tube section comprises the following components: 30 to 50 parts by weight of a polyester block copolymer, 1 to 18 parts by weight of a macromolecular auxiliary, 2 to 8 parts by weight of dioctyl phthalate and 1 to 5 parts by weight of hydroquinone; and the material for the second tube section comprises the following components: 40 to 65 parts by weight of polybutylene terephthalate, 3 to 8 parts by weight of benzyl butyl phthalate, and 1 to 5 parts by weight of p-phenylenediamine or hydroquinone. The micro-beam tube for cables according to the present invention solves the issue of achieving a balance of strength and flexibility facing existing cable bushings. The micro-beam tube can achieve the purpose of fast stripping and fast connection, and at the same time has a strength that allows the cables to be used in an environment requiring high-strength cables.
