Abstract:
A mobile communication system in an embodiment supports dual connectivity. Said mobile communication system is provided with the following: a first base station that has established an RRC connection with a user terminal and performs mobility control with respect to the aforementioned dual connectivity; and a second base station adjacent to the first base station. When the first base station decides to start the aforementioned dual connectivity, said first base station transmits, to the second base station, an allocation request that requests that an additional wireless resource be allocated to the user terminal.
