This control device suppresses the mobile work vehicle from performing wasteful or excessive work. After an autonomous work vehicle has departed a charging station, until a specific event occurs, a work control unit (162) does not make the autonomous work vehicle perform work or it makes the autonomous work vehicle intermittently perform work.
