Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a network system in which networks are connected to each other via a plurality of boundary devices, and frames are prevented from going back and forth between networks. The present disclosure is a network device disposed at a boundary of a first network and connected to a second network that is different from the first network, wherein: a frame that flows into the first network from the second network is identified as being a broadcast frame, an unknown unicast frame, or a multicast frame; and if a frame that flows into the second network from the first network is identified as being the frame that flowed into the first network from the second network and is a broadcast frame, an unknown unicast frame, or a multicast frame, said frame is discarded.
