A network relaying device connected to a plurality of networks comprising a VLAN tag attaching unit (15) or a VLAN tag rewriting unit (17) for performing a processing concerning a predetermined VLAN tag on a communication packet inputted from any one of the networks according to predetermined information on the communication packet, an address converting unit (16) for converting the address of the sender of the communication packet according to the predetermined information, and an input&sol output unit (11) for outputting the communication packet subjected at least either to the processing by the VLAN tag attaching unit (15) or the VLAN tag rewriting unit (17) or to the address conversion by the address converting unit (16), whereby an access to a common device can be made while ensuring the security among networks.
