Abstract:
A novel explosion-proof variable-frequency vortex fan, comprising a motor (1), a pump head (2), and a base (3). The motor (1) is fixed to the base (3) by means of a bracket (4); the pump head (2) is fixedly connected to the base (3) by means of a blocking plate (5); transmission is performed between the motor (1) and the pump head (2) by means of a coupling (6); a flange disc (7) is provided between the motor (1) and the pump head (2) and located on an outer ring of the coupling (6); a flange face at one end of the flange disc (7) is fixedly connected to an end face of the motor (1), and a flange face at the other end is fixedly connected to a rear end of the pump head (2); a positioning disc (8) and a separation sleeve (9) are sequentially provided between the flange disc (7) and the pump head (2); the center of the positioning disc (8) is provided with a positioning shaft hole (8a). The structure solves the problem that upon high-speed operation of an existing vortex fan, the motor is prone to shaking and the coupling is prone to collision with a foreign object.
