Abstract:
A thermally insulated-type vortex blower, which comprises a base (1), a pump head (2), and a motor (3); the pump head (2) and the motor (3) are both fixed on the base (1); a thermal insulation disk (4) is arranged between an end surface of the motor (3) and the pump head (2); the thermal insulation disk (4) is an integrally formed structure, and circumferentially distributed air passage holes (5) are provided on a side wall of the thermal insulation disk (4); two end parts of the thermal insulation disk (4) are connection surfaces (4a), outer rings of the two connection surfaces (4a) are a plurality of connection ears (4b) that are circumferentially arranged and evenly spaced apart, and the thermal insulation disk (4) is separately fixedly connected to the pump head (2) and the motor (3) by means of screws arranged as passing through the connection ears (4b); a bearing seat (6) integrated with said disk is arranged within the thermal insulation disk (4), a deep groove ball bearing is installed within the bearing seat (6), and an outer end surface of said seat is sealed by means of a cover plate (7).
