Abstract:
A compound represented by the formula (I) below is used as an active ingredient in a pharmaceutical product for treatment or prevention of infectious diseases caused by protozoa or bacterium. [Chemical formula 1] (I) In the general formula (I), X represents a halogen, Z represents -(CH2)m- wherein m is an integer of 1-5, and R represents one of the following (i)-(v). (i) hydrogen (ii) [Chemical formula 2] In this formula, n represents an integer of 0-5, R1's independently represent a hydrogen, a halogen, an alkoxy having 1-5 carbon atoms or an alkyl having 1-5 carbon atoms. (iii) [Chemical formula 3] In this formula, R2's independently represent a hydrogen, a halogen, an alkoxy having 1-5 carbon atoms or an alkyl having 1-5 carbon atoms. (iv) an alkyl having 1-5 carbon atoms (v) a hydroxyalkyl having 1-5 carbon atoms
