(R1, R2, and R3 may be the same as or different from each other and are each selected from a group comprising the following: a hydrogen atom; a protecting group for a functional group for nucleic-acid synthesis; a phosphate group; a phosphate group protected by a protecting group for nucleic-acid synthesis; and an activated phosphate group for solid-phase synthesis.
