Abstract:
An organic light-emitting diode display panel and a manufacturing method therefor. The organic light-emitting diode display panel comprises a substrate, a thin film transistor device, an auxiliary electrode, a passivation layer, a planarization layer, and a light-emitting device layer. The light-emitting device layer comprises an anode layer, a light-emitting functional layer, and a cathode layer. A first via hole passing through the planarization layer and the passivation layer is defined above the auxiliary electrode; a cutout located between the auxiliary electrode and the planarization layer is formed at the bottom of the inner wall of the first via hole; the cathode layer extends into the cutout via the first via hole, so as to be connected to the auxiliary electrode.
