Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of laminated solar energy technology. Disclosed are a perovskite silicon-based laminated solar cell and a manufacturing method therefor, which are used for obtaining a perovskite silicon-based laminated solar cell that has both a high open-circuit voltage and a high short-circuit current while a textured structure of a bottom battery is retained. The manufacturing method for a perovskite silicon-based laminated solar cell comprises: providing a substrate, wherein the substrate comprises a silicon-based bottom battery having a textured structure, a charge composite layer and a first carrier transport layer, which are sequentially stacked; and forming, on the first carrier transport layer having a textured structure, a perovskite light absorption layer composed of two perovskite layers, i.e. a first perovskite layer and a second perovskite layer, wherein the first perovskite layer is prepared by using a solution method, and the second perovskite layer is prepared by using a perovskite framework vacuum evaporation method. The manufacturing method provided in the present invention is used for manufacturing a laminated solar cell.
