Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a PET system attenuation correction method based on a flow model. The used flow model is a completely invertible model, forward mapping and reverse mapping share a same parameter, and a structure is a consistency constraint; the model uses a spatial correlation of adjacent slices and uses a multi-slice input and single-slice output structure; the model is composed of a plurality of invertible blocks, each invertible block being composed of a lifting affine coupling layer and an invertible 1×1 convolution layer, and a plurality of small u-nets are used for learning transformation parameters of the lifting affine coupling layers. According to the present invention, additional CT or MR scanning is avoided, scanning costs are saved for a patient, and the harm of CT radiation to the patient is reduced; compared with a similar method, the present invention can obtain a PET image having higher quality after attenuation correction.
