Abstract:
A phacoemulsification perfusion assembly, comprising: a metal connecting body (1); a plastic needle tube (2) penetrating the metal connecting body (1); a metal perfusion sleeve (3), which is provided with a water inlet (301) and a perfusion opening (302); a plastic clamping perfusion sleeve (4) sleeved on an outer side of the metal perfusion sleeve (3) and forming a liquid storage space (4301), wherein the water inlet (301) is positioned in the liquid storage space (4301); a slender needle of the plastic needle tube (2) can improve the stability of an anterior chamber and reduce the probability of surge; a relatively soft plastic needle tip also reduces the probability of puncturing a lens capsule; the metal perfusion sleeve (3) effectively isolates pressing of a phacoemulsification needle tube body against an incision, thereby greatly reducing or even eliminating an incision burn caused by ultrasonic friction; the hard metal perfusion sleeve (3) effectively prevents the reduction or blockage of perfusion liquid caused by pressing against or distortion of the incision, thereby also improving the stability of the anterior chamber and reducing the probability of surge.
