Abstract:
A safe high-frequency electrotome surgical instrument, comprising a housing (1), a shaft rod member, a jaw assembly, a control wrench (2), a blade (3) and a control button (4), wherein the control wrench (2) controls the opening and closing of the jaw assembly by means of a jaw control mechanism; and the control button (4) drives the blade (3) to move and cut by means of a blade control mechanism; the control wrench (2) and the control button (4) have the same moving direction; a locking mechanism is arranged between the control wrench (2) and the control button (4); and the locking mechanism is composed of a locking lug (5) and an inverted buckle (6) capable of being clamped to the locking lug (5), wherein the locking lug (5) is arranged on the control wrench (2), and the inverted buckle (6) is arranged on the control button (4) or a trigger connecting rod (402); when in a first state, the jaw assembly is opened, the locking lug (5) is engaged with the inverted buckle (6), such that the control button (4) cannot move; and when in a second state, the jaw assembly is closed, the locking lug (5) is disengaged from the inverted buckle (6), such that the control button (4) can move so as to drive the blade (3) to cut. The locking structure and a back-off mechanism are provided to ensure that the blade (3) performs telescopic cutting when the jaw assembly is closed, such that the operation safety is ensured.
