The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, containing, as an active ingredient, Tazemetostat or a derivative thereof. A Tazemetostat compound exhibits an excellent therapeutic effect on non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, thereby being effectively usable as an agent for treating non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.
