Abstract:
A picture decoding method, which is performed by a decoding device according to the present invention, is characterized by including: a step for receiving a bitstream including residual information; a step for deriving a quantized transform coefficient for a current block on the basis of the residual information included in the bitstream; a step for deriving a transform coefficient from the quantized transform coefficient on the basis of an inverse-quantization process; a step for deriving a residual sample for the current block by applying an inverse transform to the derived transform coefficient; and a step for generating a restored picture on the basis of the residual sample for the current block.
