Abstract:
This multi-system amplification device (100) comprises amplifiers (110, 120) of a plural system which are formed in parallel and each handle input and output of respective signals, and further comprises a plurality of semiconductor amplification elements (111, 112, 121, 122) in which each of the amplifiers (110, 120) of the plural system are operated in parallel and amplify the respective signals. The pair of semiconductor amplification elements (112, 121) which are adjacent to the pair of adjacent amplifiers (110, 120) are formed as a unit package (130).
