A portable bladder pressure trainer, comprising a pressure trainer body (1) and a disposable urination connecting pipe. The pressure trainer body (1) comprises a shell (6); a display screen is disposed on the front surface of the shell (6); a pipe joint (7) connected to a pressure measurement catheter (3) is disposed at the top of the shell (6); a first pressure sensor (9) is disposed in the shell (6), and is connected to the pipe joint (7) through a pressure measurement pipe (8); a urine receiving pipe positioning groove (14) is formed on at least one side of the shell (6); a stop valve of a urine receiving pipe (5) is disposed in the urine receiving pipe positioning groove (14). According to the bladder pressure trainer, the pressure trainer body and the disposable urination connecting pipe are used in cooperation; during training, the urine receiving pipe of the urination connecting pipe is closed by the pressure trainer body so as to enable the pressure trainer body to be communicated with the bladder, pressure in the bladder is detected by means of the pressure sensor, urine is stored, and the urine receiving pipe is opened to discharge the urine when the pressure in the bladder reaches a set value; urine storage and discharging functions of the bladder are repeatedly trained in such a manner, so that a treatment effect is achieved.
