Abstract:
This power control device is used for a system comprising at least one rack provided with one or more servers. The power control device comprises: an acquisition unit that acquires the power consumption and total load value of a target rack; and a calculation unit that calculates a load fluctuation amount corresponding to the amount of control of power consumption with respect to the target rack, such calculation being on the basis of the power consumption, the total load value, and power consumption characteristics of the target rack.
