Abstract:
A power amount estimation device for estimating the dischargeable power amount that one or more batteries can discharge, the power amount estimation device being provided with: an acquisition unit that acquires a remaining amount prediction value and a prediction error for each of the one or more batteries; and an estimation unit that, regarding at least one of the one or more batteries, uses the prediction error therefor to determine a modified prediction value, which is a smaller value than the remaining amount prediction value, and uses the modified prediction value to estimate the dischargeable power amount.
