Abstract:
In a radio communication system including one or more communication devices each functioning as a radio communication base station, the communication device comprises: an issuance unit that is configured to assign, in response to a request including information to which the signature of a radio communication terminal is assigned with respect to making the contract of a radio communication from the radio communication terminal, the signature of the communication device to the information and to issue a transaction including the information to a block chain network; and a provision unit that is configured to provide the radio communication to the radio communication terminal when the transaction is approved on the basis of the authentication of the signature in the block chain network. As a result, the flexibility related to using radio channels is improved.
