Abstract:
Appropriate operation planning is not possible in power systems having increased renewable energy and operating based on conventional (N-1) reliability standards. Therefore, the present invention provides a power-system monitoring device for monitoring a power system and equipped with: an input unit for receiving input of predicted system failure data including the frequency with which predicted failures occur in the power system, and predicted output change data including the frequency with which the predicted output of a power generator connected to the power system changes; and an output unit for generating a condition combining each of the predicted failure and predicted output change events, on the basis of the occurrence frequency of the predicted failures and predicted output changes, and outputting a control plan for each condition.
