Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to assembly a tip structure of a probe by applying an adhesive without affecting a measuring optical system, thereby ensuring water and air tightness, high-precision relative positioning of optical elements, and reusability of a fiber assembly. A lens (10), a spacing tube (30), and a ferrule (20) (which holds optical fibers (11, 12)) are inserted through a holding hole (41) of a holder (40), and are sandwiched in the axial direction by a lens contact section (42) at the end of the holding hole and a pressing member (50) by fitting and fixing the pressing member in a rear opening (41a). The leading end surface of the spacing tube buts against the outer peripheral edge of the lens, and the rear end surface of the spacing tube buts against the outer peripheral edge of the leading end surface of the ferrule. The lens is affixed to the holder using an adhesive (B1) interposed over the circumference between the lens contact section and the lens, and/or between the outer periphery of the lens on the leading end side from the leading end surface of the spacing tube and the inner peripheral surface of the holding hole. The ferrule can be pulled out from the rear opening by removing the pressing member from the holder.
