Abstract:
The invention relates to pseudo-type retroviral vectors with modified surface capsid proteins which are suitable for cell-specific transduction of a selected mammal cell type (cell targeting). The invention also relates to a method for the production of cell-specific pseudo-type retroviral vectors and to the use thereof in gene transfers in selected cells.
