Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is provide psyllium seed coat granules having greatly improved affinity to water, and a production method for the same. Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a powdered drink in which the aforementioned psyllium seed coat granules are used. [Solution] The present invention is characterized by psyllium seed coat granules which were granulated using powdered sugar that passed through a 120-280 mesh Tyler screen. In addition, the present invention is characterized by a mixture containing psyllium seed coats and powdered sugar that passed through a 120-280 mesh Tyler screen being put into a fluid state, and then sprayed with water, and finally dried so as to be made into granules.
